At the Active Health Clinic, we have been supporting patients with chronic conditions for over 2 decades, helping them to get their lives back.

At COVID Recovery Initiative (CVDRI) we pride ourselves for standing for 5 things: Integrity, Respect, Access, Community, and a WHOLE PERSON approach. You are unique, as is your health and what you’re going through, you’re not expected to have all the answers, but we’ll focus on finding out – together.

Covid-19 has come with unprecendented challenges – physically, emotionally, socially, and environmentally/economically and we know we can’t fix the past, but we can make sure your future is bright.

When Covid-19 arose, we had to step up, when we got sick, we had to step up, now, it’s time to step up and show up for you, for your health, for your loved-ones, for your future…
